A WARM AND FRIENDLY MODERN PHARMACY

The Susten Apotheke showed great courage in deciding to rebuild an entirely new, individual particular type of pharmacy on the main floor of a newly built familial housing structure.
GLOBAL SHOP DESIGN was chosen to develop the new pharmacy. The ideas that GLOBAL SHOP DESIGN had as interior design concepts for this pharmacy, thoroughly convinced the owner of Apotheke Susten to give us the exciting contract to rebuild.

From the outset, the Lighting was planned and executed. Then a set of pictures which depicted the pharmaceutical history in Switzerland were placed above the OTC wall, thereby giving the customer an amusing story to gaze upon, building an emotional connection with that person at the cash register area. The table in the middle of the sales room also generates more sales for gifts as well as promotional items. And finally, at the tea bar the customer turns into being a guest. The opening was a fantastic success. A long line stood in front of the pharmacy; neighbours, customers, the entire village eagerly waited to experience the inside. The owner said, “Something like this we have never seen.” GLOBAL SHOP DESIGN confirms its success through our customer’s success.
